Shelley Evans (right), Baltimore Guide’s senior advertising representative, presents a donation to Elizabeth Baer, executive director of the South Baltimore Relief Fund.  The Guide gave SoBER 10 percent of the advertising revenue sold for last week’s Locust Point Spotlight edition.
