Shelley Evans (right), Baltimore Guide’s senior advertising representative, presents a donation to Elizabeth Baer, executive director of the South Baltimore Relief Fund.  The Guide gave SoBER 10 percent of the advertising revenue sold for last week’s Locust Point Spotlight edition. SoBER, created in 1972 by several South Baltimore churches, provides food and other services to the low income, unemployed, working poor, disabled and homeless.
