WANTED-Police detectives in the Southeastern District are seeking Walter Petro, a 42-year-old white male, who is wanted in connection with an aggravated assault that occurred on Labor Day on Erdman Avenue. Petro is a white male, 5’10” tall and 210 pounds. According to reports, a 17-year-old girl was thrown from her parents’ car after Petro rammed their vehicle. At the time of the incident, Petro was driving a greed Dodge Ram. Police are seeking information of Petro’s whereabouts, and welcome any leads. In addition, they are cautioning individuals who see Petro or encounter him not to approach or detain him. Mason Court, 200 block, August 28, 5:10 p.m. Officers were called to the 300 block of Mason Court and found a 34-year-old man suffering from a gunshot wound to the back. He was taken by ambulance to Johns Hopkins Hospital. According to reports, the shooting actually took place in the 200 block. Two suspects, described as black males, at least one of whom was wearing a white T-shirt, began a dispute with the man, then shot him. They were seen on a citywide camera fleeing the area. Luzerne Avenue, 100 block, August 28, 12:30 a.m. A man told police that he and a homeless woman had made arrangements to have sex, and upon removing his pants, he saw the woman reaching into his pants pocket. He asked her what she was doing, and she said, “Nothing.” He then realized that she had removed $1,500 cash and put it into her backpack. He asked for the money back, but the woman said no. He then tried to take the money, but the woman bit him. Both the woman and the man then contacted police, who found the money, and the woman claimed not to know how it had gotten into her backpack. S. Washington Street, 600 block, August 21, 2:30 a.m. A woman told police that a suspect, described as a bald black male with a heavy build, had robbed her of her clutch purse, then fled.

S. Clinton Street, 300 block, August 21, 9:50 p.m. Police responded to the report of an attack and found two men who told them they had been attacked by a group of suspects, four men and two women, who took a cell phone and cash. Three suspects were arrested a short time later.

Gough Street, 1500 block, August 18, 11 p.m. A man told police that he was out walking when a group of suspects attacked him from behind and went through his pockets, robbing him of $75 cash.

Seaforth Street, 6300 block, August 17, 3:50 p.m. A technician told police that he had finished replacing a window seal on a truck when he was attacked by two suspects who took his keys and jumped into his Chevy van that contained his work tools. One of the suspects was described as wearing a black sleeveless undershirt and having a chinstrap beard, and the second was described as being in his 40s but having “an old face” with a mustache, carrying a white towel and a blue lunchbox.

E. Fayette Street, 900 block, August 14, 8:20 a.m. A man left his bag containing ileostomy supplies on the post office floor. When he returned, it was missing.

S. Broadway, 300 block, August 13, 3:30 p.m. An employee of a business told police that a fellow employee had failed to deposit the funds accumulated through two weeks of transactions. WANTED-Police are seeking information on the whereabouts of armed robbery suspect Michael (“Mike”) Pederson, a white male, 33 years old, 5’11” tall and 170 pounds. He has a tattoo on his neck that says “Lindy” and is armed with a silver handgun, often in the company of a white male suspect. If you see Pederson or know of his whereabouts (or those of any other suspect who may be traveling with him), do not approach or detain him, but instead call Det. Crites at 410-396-2422. If Det. Crites is not available, ask to speak to anyone in the Southeastern District Detective Unit.

INFORMATION WANTED-Dwayne Goodwin (pictured), a black male weariug his hair in braids, has been arrested for armed robbery. Police, however, believe he has been involved in a string of robberies, and would like any victims to let them know if his picture looks familiar to them.  If you would like to provide any information to help with the investigation, call Det. S. Ellwood Avenue, 1100 block, August 6, 12 p.m. Someone entered a home through a window and took an entertainment system and a copy of “Final Fantasy” as well as coins.

E. Lombard Street, 3400 block, August 6, 6 p.m. A woman told police that her ex-husband forced his way into his ex-wife’s home, but fled upon realizing he was being observed.

Stiles Street, 900 block, August 5, 6 p.m. Someone broke into a shed near a bocce court and took a handicap ramp, four bocce balls and files with information on players on them.

Hornel Street, 300 block, August 4, 6:15 a.m. Someone broke into a home and stole prescription medications including prenatal vitamins.

John Moore

John Moore, age 48, is wanted in connection with several assaults and robberies of elderly women in th Southeastern District, including (most recently) a woman who was feeding stray cats. He is described as a white male with dark hair, about 6’4” and weighing 230 pounds. He is driving a red older model pickup truck with a cap and has a last known address in Dundalk. He previously lived in New Jersey and is believed to have moved back to Baltimore. He should be considered armed and dangerous.

Dwayne Goodwin, age 18, in connection with a series of armed robberies in the area. He is considered to be armed and dangerous, and may be working with an accomplice. Goodwin is African American, standing 6’ tall and weighing 195 pounds.

Female suspect : This female suspect is wanted by police in connection with a theft. She is a black female and is seen in these two surveillance camera photos, one taken at a McDonald’s drive-through, and one at a Giant Food store. She used her victim’s stolen credit card at both locations.

Fayette Street, 3300 block, July 24, 1:45 a.m. A man told police that he was sitting at a bus stop when a second man sat down next to him and said, “Give me your watch.” The first man haånded over the property and the suspect fled. The man got on his bus and went home, trying unsuccessfully to call police. He went to sleep, woke up later and reported the crime.

S. Lakewood Avenue, 800 block, July 23, 12:52 a.m. A woman told police that she was out walking with her boyfriend when two men pointed a handgun at her face and said, “Don’t move; give it up,” and robbed her of her purse and phone, as well as her keys.

E. Pratt Street, 1700 block, July 17, 6:20 p.m. Two men got into an argument and one hit the other in the face with a bottle of King Cobra, causing lacerations. The man could not speak to officers because he was drunk.

S. Central Avenue, 400 block, July 17, 5 p.m. A driver of the Charm City Circulator man told police that he stopped the vehicle, which awoke a man who was asleep there. The man took a can of pepper spray and sprayed the driver in the face, then fled.

Neighborhood Watch SE: Detectives seek info on thefts

INFORMATION WANTED-Detectives in the Southeastern Division are trying to identify suspects who were responsible for the commercial burglary of Fells Point Liquor and Bar located in the 1700 block of Fleet Street. Detectives also believe the same suspects are responsible for the burglary of Poppy and Stella, 700 block of S. Broadway. In both cases, the suspects broke out the windows, snatched merchandise and fled. Suspects are described as black males between about 17 and 25, one of whom as a large tattoo or scar on his right shoulder/upper arm. Those with information can call Det. Moore at 410-396-2429.

Gusryan Street, 400 block, July 10, 12:25 p.m. A man told police that he was awakened by a loud noise and saw a man in his back yard trying to load his ATV onto the back of a pickup that had a sticker on the rear saying “YoYo.” When the man yelled at the suspect, the suspect pulled a handgun and yelled back, “Don’t even try it.”

Dundalk Avenue, 1000 block, July 8, 10:48 p.m. A man wearing a white mask came into a tavern and threatened employees and customers with a handgun. He robbed them of nearly $1,000 total in cash, then fled.

E. Fairmount Avenue, 2000 block, July 6, 8:35 a.m. A man told police that he was walking along and talking on his cell phone when a suspect demanded, “Why are you using your phone around here?” and then grabbed him, punched him, took cash from his wallet and fled.

Eastern Avenue, 4900 block, July 4, 8 p.m. A man told police that he and his boyfriend got into an argument while driving together. The boyfriend suddenly slammed the gear shift into Park, then grabbed the car keys and climbed out the passenger door, grabbing $70 cash from the center console. The first man ran after him, pleading with him to get back in the car and the boyfriend did. More arguing followed and the boyfriend began punching the man in the face, then got out of the vehicle and fled. A warrant was issued for his arrest.

S. Robinson Street, unit block, July 4, 6:36 p.m. A taxi cab driver told police that three men got into his cab (two in back, one in front) and asked to be driven to an address. Upon arrival, one pulled a handgun and threatened the driver with it. The driver tried to grab the gun and the suspect struck him in the head. They then got out of the car and fled.

Foster Avenue, 3100 block, June 29, 9:30 p.m. A man told police that two suspects approached him from behind. One put him in a choke hold and said, “This is for Day-Day.” The second suspect then went through his pockets and fled with some property. One of the suspects was known to the man; the other was described as wearing a Yankees cap.

S. Broadway, 100 block, June 28, 3 a.m. A man told police he had been standing in front of a convenience store when a second man approached him and asked him for $10. When the first man told him that he did not have the money, the suspect attacked him with a broken bottle, then ran off.

S. Broadway, 400 block, June 28, 2:20 a.m. A woman told police she was out walking when a group of men approached her and said, “Don’t resist.” One took her jewelry and purse and then both ran off. One man was later arrested.

E. Pratt Street, 2900 block, June 28, 11:14 p.m. Three men told police that they had been sitting on a park bench when two men shouted, “Police-get down on the ground and empty your pockets” at them. They then pulled guns and went through the men’s pockets, taking property, then ran off.

400 block N. East Avenue, June 21, 2:31 a.m. Police responded to shots fired and found Durell Cartwright, 30, of the 400 block of N. Bouldin Street suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. He was taken to as local hospital where he later died at 308 a.m. Police officials noted the victim had a previous criminal history.

Noble Street, 3300 block, June 26,3:32 a.m. Officers on patrol heard gunshots and found Evando Minor, 23, of the 2600 block of E. Biddle Street, suffering from gunshot wounds. Minor was taken to a local hospital, where he died at 4:07 a.m.

S. Broadway, 200 block, June 19, 4:45 a.m. Police reported to the scene of a disturbance and found a man and woman arguing. The woman told police, “He (meaning the man) took my cell phone.” The man replied, “F—k you, this is all your fault; you shouldn’t have cheated on me.” The man assumed a fighting stance, and police arrested him. He dropped the woman’s cell phone, which was given back to the woman.

Fleet Street, 2500 block, June 18, 11:55 p.m. A woman told police that she was out walking when she was approached by two men who threatened her with a knife and robbed her of her cell phone.

S. Ponca Street, 500 block, June 12, 10:30 p.m. A woman told police that a man had entered her mobile home through an unlocked window, then stayed hidden inside while she had a meal. When she noticed his presence, the man tried to run, but the woman held onto his shirt. The man freed himself, grabbed money from the counter and ran out of the mobile home. The woman was treated for minor injuries.

Fleet Street, 1800 block, June 11, 12:34 a.m. A man told police that he was out riding his moped with his girlfriend when a group of teenagers pushed them off the vehicle and rode away with it.

E. Fayette Street, 1300 block, June 8, 6 p.m. A teenaged boy told police that he and his brother were out walking when two other teens, one of whom he knew by the street name of “D,” implied they had a handgun and demanded money from them. They punched the boys when they refused to give up money, and one suspect said, “Do I have to get my gun out?” The other said, “There are too many people around; let’s wait until later.” The suspects then fled without taking anything.

S. Macon Street, 400 block, June 8, 1:30 a.m. A man told police that he was walking home from a bar when two men pushed him down and took his cell phone and $40 cash.

E. Baltimore Street, 1800 block, June 5, 6:30 a.m. A man told police that he was walking home when a group of teenagers demanded money from him. When he refused, they attacked and beat him, then fled without taking anything.

S. Ann Street, unit block, June 5, 5:36 a.m. Police found a man lying on the street. He told them he had been sitting in the driver’s seat of his parked car with the window down when three young men approached him and asked, “You got any money?” He said, “No,” and they attacked him. He jumped out of his car and they continued beating him, grabbed his car keys and hit him with a ceramic flower pot, then ran away. May 27, 2:40 p.m. A man told police that he was out walking when a homeless man he knew only as “Dennis” tried to grab his soft drink. When the man resisted, the homeless man grabbed the victim’s cane from him and struck him in the head, then fled.
Bank Street, 3600 block, May 25, 3:48 a.m. A man told police that three suspects had approached him, threatened him with a gun, robbed him of a knife, a phone and some cash, and then fled in a minivan. One suspect was later arrested.
Fleet Street, 5100 block, May 25, 12:10 a.m. A man told police that he was approached by three suspects who knocked him to the ground and robbed him of his keys after discovering he had no money or valuables.
S. Linwood Avenue, 100 block, May 24, 11 p.m. A man told police that he was approached by two suspects who pulled a gun on him and ordered him to the ground. They went through his pockets and stole his cash and cell phone, then fled. One suspect was arrested a short time later.
E. Pratt Street, 3500 block, May 24, 7:25 p.m. A man told police that a suspect had pointed a gun at him and said, “Come here.” The man fled and called his son. At 10:26 p.m., the son arrived at his father’s house, where a the same suspect rode up on a bicycle and threatened the son with a gun and took his cell phone. He was arrested a short time later and charged with both crimes.
Kane Street, 400 block, May 24, 6:55 a.m. A man told police he was walking to the grocery store when a suspect threatened him with a knife and robbed him of $65 cash, then fled.
N. East Avenue, 200 block, May 23, 12:01 p.m. A man told police that he was approached by a suspect who threatened his life and ordered him to give up his watch. The man pushed himself away from the suspect and fled. The suspect was arrested a short time later.

May 28, 11:08 p.m. Someone opened the rear window of a gas station, causing the alarm to go off. The surveillance camera captured an image of a suspect who had then entered and used a hammer to open a game machine.
S. Robinson Street, 300 block, May 25, 11 a.m. Someone got into a home by opening an unlocked window and pushing up the screen, then stole electronic equipment.
Gusryan Street, 400 block, May 23, 2:30 p.m. Someone opened the front door of a house and stole $390 cash from inside.
N. Luzerne Avenue, 500 block, May 22, 9 a.m. Someone forced open the rear door of a house and entered. Nothing was taken from the interior of the house, but the air conditioner, located outside, was taken.
N. Glover Street, 400 block, May 23, 2 p.m. Someone forced open the rear door of a house and stole appliances, then fled.
Claremont Avenue, 3700 block, May 22, 8:30 p.m. A homeowner told police that someone had entered the house, possibly using a key, and had poured oil into the refrigerator. Possible suspects were named to police.
S. Newkirk Street, 600 block, May 22, 2:25 p.m. A man told police that he heard noises from downstairs and went to investigate. He found that one of his closets had been opened, but nothing appeared to be missing. The basement had been left unlocked.

May 29, 4:15 p.m. A woman told police that during an argument, her boyfriend had pressed a broken glass bottle against her face and mouth, cutting her. A warrant was obtained for his arrest.
New Hope Circle, 1100 block, May 27, 1:20 p.m. A boyfriend and girlfriend argued. The argument turned physical and the woman told police that the man grabbed and choked her. He was arrested.
Orleans Street, 2300 block, May 26, 4:35 p.m. A woman told police that she and her boyfriend argued and that he slammed her to the ground, choked her and bit her on the arm. A warrant was obtained for the arrest of the man, who had no fixed address.
N. Curley Street, 400 block, May 26, 1:18 a.m. A woman told police that she tried to leave her boyfriend’s house, and that he had grabbed her by the hair and attempted to ram her head into a brick wall. He then pulled a knife and threatened to kill her. A warrant was issued for his arrest.
Eastern Avenue, 3700 block, May 24, 4:20 a.m. A man told police that a stranger walked up to him and said, “Do you want to square it now?” The stranger, a man, then grabbed a boxcutter, cut the first man in the face, then fled.
S. Conkling Street, 500 block, May 24, 1:37 p.m. A man told police that two suspects attacked him from behind. One held him and the other cut him with a knife. One was identified to police by name and the other, according to the man, was known by the street name of “Blue.”
Folcroft Street, 300 block, May 24, 10 a.m. A man and woman argued about their relationship, and the man grabbed the woman’s daughter out of her arms. He then threw a 12” plastic planter at her. He was arrested.
S. Haven Street, 100 block, May 23, 7:19 p.m. While in a bar, a group of men got into an argument. Two men later told police that the others had grabbed broken beer bottles and attacked them, causing cuts and other injuries.
