Crab Feast

Your family, and all your neighbors, are warmly invited to a traditional Baltimore summer crab feast this coming Sunday, June 24th, at noon at Breath of God Lutheran Church at 141 S. Clinton Street.

The cost is $15 an adult, $5 a child (age 6-13), and a max of $30 a family. This is a bit of a fundraiser… whatever money left over after paying for the food will help send a group of adults and teenagers from our community down to New Orleans this summer to volunteer.

In addition to crabs, and for the non-crab eaters, we will have chicken, corn, tomatoes, and applesauce. Crabs are all-you-can eat, until we run out, I guess. But that didn’t happen last year–well, until the very end when people started taking a dozen home with them at a time–not cool! We will have lemonade and iced tea, and aside from that it is BYOB–so beer is definitely welcome. We are eating crabs, after all. Just remember it’s a family event–everything in moderation.

To sign up, register on Facebook or call the church office at (410) 675-5616. Or shoot an e-mail to Pastor Mark at
