Mark these festival dates on the calendar, and hold sunny thoughts

WINE AND DINE-The Highlandtown Wine Festival, rescheduled because of rain, will take place on Sunday, May 20.

The Highlandtown Wine Festival was rained out of its original date and is  rescheduled for Sunday, May 20. Festival organizers from other nonprofits are hoping for blue skies and sunny weather.

The line-up for the Showcase of Nations Ethnic Festivals also has been announced.
The following festivals will be held in Baltimore as part of the Showcase of Nations:

June 7-10: St. Nicholas Greek Folk Festival
Location: St. Nicholas Greek Orthodox Church, 520 S. Ponca Street.
Hours: Thursday through Saturday from 11 a.m.–11 p.m. and Sunday from 12:30 p.m.-10 p.m.
Free admission.

June 23-24: LatinoFest
Location: Patterson Park
Hours: Saturday from noon-10 p.m., Sunday from noon-9 p.m.,

July 7-8: African American Festival

    Can the Baltimore Guide kindly include the festivities at Gwynn Falls/ Leakin Park during its summerlong engagement. We would be happy to update regularly and provide photos and descriptions of upcoming events.
