Last week, Senator Barbara Mikulski stopped by DiPasquale’s Italian Marketplace, which is celebrating 100 years in business this year.
“My family has been coming to DiPasquale’s for years,” the senator said. “My mom loved to get the Real Italian and would always say, ‘Don’t forget the mild hots!’”
“DiPasquale’s is a family business,” she added. “But more importantly, they treat Baltimore like family.” Mikulski toured the shop and presented Joe DiPasquale with a certificate, before sitting down to lunch with members of the DiPasquale family and City Councilman Brandon Scott. The senator ordered the Real Italian.
