1300 block Washington Blvd., Thursday, July 23, 1:30 a.m.: A woman argued with her boyfriend, and he struck her several times and stole her Independence card, a gold chain and $60 cash.
600 block S. Sharp St., Thursday, July 23, 6:54 p.m.: A woman walked down the street and a man approached her and said “Give me your money.” The suspect tried to snatch her purse but she fought back and he fled.
1200 block Lemmon St., Friday, July 24, 11:30 p.m.: A woman was walking in an alley and a man ran up behind her and pushed her to the ground. He hit her and demanded money, but a witness scared him off.
300 block Emory St., Friday, July 24, 1:10 a.m.: A man was walking down the street when two suspects came up, struck him in the head and forced him to the ground. They stole $80 cash, identification and bank cards.
Burglary
100 block S. Gittings St., Sunday, July 19, 6:09 p.m.: A man was arrested for stealing a pressure washer from a shed.
Stolen Auto
1500 block Light St., Tuesday, July 21, 7 p.m.: Someone stole a 2007 Tazhou scooter but cutting the chain, putting it in the back of a van and driving away.
Unit block E. Randall St., Saturday, July 25, 4 a.m.: Someone stole a red 2007 Dodge Kaliber with Maryland tags 9BVB85.
100 block E. Wells St., Saturday, July 25, 9:10 p.m.: Someone stole a black 2004 Pontiac GTO with Maryland tags 1CPV98.
