Wednesday, Nov. 19, 9 a.m.-noon and 1 p.m.-2 p.m.: Free workshops to help you understand the changes to Medicare Part D, Maryland’s Senior Prescription Drug Assistance Program (SPDAP). Free personal, one-on-one assistance from unbiased, State of Maryland representatives who will help you understand the new $1,200 ‘donut hole’ subsidy, evaluate your current plan and make any changes that you may need for the following year. Monday, Nov. 24: The John Booth Performers will be going to Canton Harbor Nursing Home to entertain the residents.
Thursday, Nov. 27: Center closed for Thanksgiving holiday.
Note: Health and Welfare Thursdays take place on the second Thursday of each month and consist of Blood Pressure Monitoring at 10 a.m. Dr. Youngworth, Podiatrist, comes to the center from 10:30 a.m.-noon.

Thursday, Nov. 20: One-mile video walk begins at 9 a.m.; two-mile walk follows. Aerobics is at 10:30; lunch is served at 11:30. The 12:30 p.m. movie is “The Lazarus Project,” an edge-of-the-seat psychological thriller.
Friday, Nov. 21: Bingo starts at 12:30 p.m.
Monday, Nov. 24: Exercise begins at 9 a.m., and cards at 10:30. The Eating Together lunch will be served at 11:30 a.m.
Tuesday, Nov. 25: Wii from 9-11:30 a.m., lunch at 11:30 and yoga from 4:45 till 9 p.m.
Wednesday, Nov. 26: Eating Together lunch is served at 11:30. Art class begins at 1 p.m.
