Ramsay Street, 1700 block, December 11, 9 p.m. Police reported a female victim (no age provided) was out walking when a man offered her a ride. She got into his car, and he drove behind a school and raped her, then took her purse. She was later released and contacted police, who took her for medical attention. Those with information can call in tips anonymously to the Sex Offense unit at 410-396-2076.
Harbor Island Walk, 1200 block, December 15, 5:35 p.m. A man told police he was the victim of a robbery. One suspect was arrested.
Boyd Street, 1000 block, December 16, 11:40 p.m. Two people argued and eventually began fighting. Police have issued a summons.
S. Stricker Street, 300 block, December 13, 7:55 p.m. One man pulled a gun and threatened another with it. A warrant was issued for his arrest.
E. Heath Street, unit block, December 14, 8 p.m. A woman told police she had accidentally left her keys in the door of her house. Someone took them, and then fled with her car, a black Ford Fusion.
S. Fulton Avenue, 400 block, December 11, 6 a.m. A driver came out of a house to discover his car missing.

S. Charles Street, 700 block, December 16, 5:30 p.m. Soemone broke into a car and took a GPS and two bottles of lotion.

Hull Street, 1100 block, December 16, 8 a.m. Someone pried the tag off a parked car.
Leadenhall Street, 1200 block, December 15, 7:30 p.m. Someone cut the catalytic converter off a vehicle and fled with it.
Cole Street, 1500 block, December 14, 7 p.m. Someone stole the GPS from a parked car.
Marshall Street, 1600 block, December 12, 11:28 p.m. Someone broke the window of a car with a rock and took a GPS.
Race Street, 1100 block, December 11, 12 p.m. Someone broke into a car and took an mp3 player, leather jacket and boots which the owner had left inside the vehicle.
S. Montroe Street. 500 block, December 18, 9 p.m. Police discovered a man inside a vacant home. The suspect fled when they approached. He was described as being black, in his 40s and about 5’9” in height, 180 pounds, dark skin, wearing a dark coat and hat.
W. Lombard Street, 800 block, December 16, 9:30 a.m. Someone their way into a house, but did not take anything.
W. Pratt Street, 1500 block, December 14, 6 a.m. Someone tried to break into ahouse but was unsuccessful and fled.
Light Street, 1100 block, December 13, 10 a.m. Someone broke into a home but fled before taking anything.
S. Fulton Avenue, 200 block, December 12, 12:30 a.m. Soemone broke into a home and took a generator, computer monitor, DVD player and tools.
Washington Blvd., 700 block, December 15, 4:45 p.m. A man was arrested for stealing transmission fluid from a business.
W. Lombard Street, 1800 block, December 15, 8:58 a.m. A man snatched a woman’s purse as she walked down a street.
Light Street, 1100 block, December 14, 2 p.m. Police apprehended a suspect who had fled a store carrying clothing that had not yet been paid for.
S. Charles Street, 1100 block, December 14, 2:15 a.m. Police arrested two suspects for breaking into a store and trying to take alcohol.
E. Ostend Street, 100 block, December 13, 8 a.m. Someone left cash at their workplace and was horrified when it was taken.
S. Hanover Street, 1000 block, December 13, 12:15 p.m. A suspect tried to steal an ice cream bar and candy from a store, but was arrested.
E. Fort Avenue, 800 block, December 13, 6:30 a.m. Someone stole a dog collar from a store. Police responded and took a report.
