Police believe that the man pictured was involved in an armed robbery that occurred on Monday, Oct. 15, at about 9:10 p.m. on the 300 block of S. Wolfe St.
Police said that the man pictured used the victim’s American Express card at the 7-Eleven where the photo was taken.
Anyone with any information on the man’s identity or the robbery are urged by police to call the Southeast District at 410-396-2422, or 410-396-2429. Callers may remain anonymous.
