July 24: Legal services are available for seniors; appointment required. Blood pressure check at 12:15 p.m.; informational meeting at 1 p.m., and guest speaker Rebecca Bradley from SHIP will discuss Medicare updates at 1:30 p.m.

July 4: The center is closed.
July 11, 18 and 25: Exercise at 9:30 a.m.; Wii at 10 a.m.; aerobics at 10:30 a.m.; and eating together at 11:30 a.m.

July 5, 12, 19 and 26: Art class at 10 a.m.; bus trip to Walmart at 10 a.m.; and Bingo at 12:30 p.m.

July 3: Independence Day party—wear your red, white and blue and have some fun with us. Members $3, non-members $6. Includes lunch and fun. Sign up by June 26.

July 10: Waxter Wisdom—Chronic Diseases. Learn about chronic diseases and their management. Free transportation for members of the Waxter Center. Sign up by July 1.

July 11: Podiatrist available from 10:30 a.m. to noon. Call the center for details.

July 12: Blood pressure check at 10 a.m.

July 17: Crab feast. The feast will be held at the center. Price to be determined. Call the center after July 1 for more details.

July 24: Mid-summer Bingo. Lunch served at 11:30 a.m.; Bingo starts at 12:15 p.m. and runs until approximately 3 p.m. Cost of $15 includes lunch. Call Marlene, 443-242-1074 to reserve your spot.

July 30: Beach party at John Booth. Dress for a casual day at the beach. Enjoy games of chance and Bingo for prizes. Cost is $3 for members, $6 for non-members and includes lunch. Sign up by July 25.
