The John Booth Center serves Eating Together in Baltimore lunches Monday through Friday, 11:30 a.m. You must be 60+ and be on the Eating Together List to be eligible for these lunches. Reservations required three days in advance of meal service. Eating Together in Baltimore Lunches are not served if Baltimore City Schools open late or are closed because of inclement weather.
Wednesday, Jan. 19: Seated massage with Madhu 10:30 a.m. – 2:30 p.m., Donation: $10 for 15-minute seated massage. Members meeting at 1:15 p.m.
Tuesday, Jan. 25: City Council president Jack Young visits the center at 11:30 a.m.
Wednesday, Jan. 26: Roll of the dice horse races, 12:15 p.m. Cost: $1 (members)
Wednesday, Feb. 2: Seated massage with Madhu, 10:30 a.m. – 2:30 p.m., Donation: $10 for 15-minute seated massage. At 12:15 p.m., “Laughter for the Health of It.”
Wednesday, Feb. 9: Valentine’s party, 11:30 a.m.-2 p.m., cost is $4 members, $7 others. Includes lunch, prizes and activities.
Thursday, Feb. 10: Health and Welfare. Blood pressure checks by Hopkins Bayview Hospital Nurse 10 a.m. Podiatrist Dr. Youngworth from 10:30 a.m.-noon
Wednesday, Feb. 16: Seated massage with Madhu 10:30 a.m. – 2:30 p.m., Donation: $10 for 15-minute seated massage. Brunch (no meat) at 10:30 a.m., cost to be announced. Members meeting 1:15 p.m.

Wednesday, Feb. 23: “Laughter for the Health of It.” Free presentation at 12:15 p.m. Learn about laughter’s benefits to your health.

Wednesday Jan. 19: We will start the day playing Michigan Rummy at 9:30 a.m. It’s easy to
learn and fun to play! Lunch is at 11:30.
Thursdays, Jan 20, 27, Feb. 3, 10: Exercise at 9:30 a.m., aerobics at 10:30, lunch at 11:30,
and computer class at noon. Tai’ Chi begins at 12:30 p.m. Every Thursday the computer lab is reserved for students who are taking the class.
Fridays, Jan. 21, 28, Feb. 4, 11: Art class at 10 a.m., bus to Wal-Mart at 10:15 and bingo at 12:30 p.m.
Monday Jan. 24: Exercise at 9 a.m., massage at 10, cards at 10:30, and eating together at 11:30.
Tuesday Jan. 25: Wii at 9 a.m., eating together at 11:30; House Council at 12:15 p.m., Spanish class at 1:15 and yoga at 5.

Monday Feb. 7, 14 tax preparations…call for your appointment, exercise at 9:00, massage at 10:00, cards at 10:30, and eating together at 11:30.
On Wed. February 9 at 10:00 the Baltimore Health Department will be here to tell us about the importance of oral and colorectal screenings then at 11:30 we’ll have lunch.
