E. Fort Avenue, 1800 block, May 9, 10:50 a.m. A woman and man argued, and the man hit the woman, went into her pockets, took her keys and then fled.

Aggravated Assault
S Monroe Street, 300 block, May 12, 1:05 a.m. A man was walking with his wife when a drunk man hit him with a hammer and fled. The police have identified a suspect.
W Conway Street, 200 block, May 11, 11:30 p.m. A man was walking when another man approached him and threw rocks at him, blinding him.
E. Heath Street, Unit block, May 10, 11:21 p.m. A man was arguing with a woman when he struck her in the face with a stick, and then fled the scene. A warrant is out for his arrest.
S Monroe Street, 400 block, May 10, 6 p.m. A man approached a woman and struck her with a baton for no apparent reason.
S. Charles Street, 1000 block, May 6, 1:35 a.m. One man told police a second man had threatened him, then tried to stab him. The assailant was arrested.

Burglary
Hollins Street, 1600 block, May 11, 5:19 a.m. Someone broke into a vacant house using the front door. No property was reported as stolen.
W. Ostend Street, 100 block, May 9, 8:45 p.m. When employees returned to work, they found someone had entered their building and had taken a TV.
S. Poppleton Street, 300 block, May 9, 11:30 a.m. Someone broke into a house and took two computers.
William Street, 1400 block, May 9, 1 p.m. Someone broke into a house and took out a camera and gift card, then threw it into the next door neighbor’s yard and fled.
S. Gilmor Street, unit block, May 7, 10 p.m. Someone broke into a home and took copper pipe.

Larceny
Port Covington Drive, 2700 block, May 12, 4:30 p.m. A man and woman attempted to steal food but were arrested.
E Cross Street, Unit block, May 11, 9:30 p.m. A woman was sitting at a table at a restaurant when a man stole an iPhone 4S from off the table and fled.
Washington Blvd., 1800 block, May 10, 6:55 p.m. A man stole two 8-packs of Red Bull from a convenience store.
Washington Blvd., 1800 block, May 9, 2 p.m. A boy entered a convenience store and took three bags of Sour Patch Kids, two bags of Laffy Taffy and a Finding Nemo Red Velvet Cake.
Waren Avenue, 200 block, May 9, 12 p.m. Someone stole mail-ordered clothing from the front steps of a home.
W. Pratt Street, 1200 block, May 7, 9:40 a.m. Store personnel noticed a woman trying to steal Tide detergent. She was detained and arrested.
W. Cross Street, 100 block, May 6, 12:01 a.m. Someone stole a patio chair and umbrella set from a back yard.
McHenry Street, 1600 block, May 6, 7 p.m. Some lowlife took a power wheelchair.
